These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to the online sale of
electronic tickets for the European Aerostudent Games (EAG) which will be held from
March 14 to 17, 2024. By purchasing an electronic ticket via the HelloAsso ticket office,
you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1: Ticket sales
All ticket sales are non-refundable. EAG cannot be held responsible for the loss or
theft of these tickets. Tickets will be sent to the email address provided during the
purchase process. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the email address used is
correct and usable. Furthermore, the buyer acknowledges being a member of one of the
schools invited to the EAG 2024. Finally, the buyer must be in possession of their ticket
throughout the event (March 14 to 17, 2024), as well as the bracelet corresponding to the
pack he has chosen. This bracelet will be given to the participant upon arrival.
Article 2: Product
Purchasing a ticket entitles you to the following services depending on the pack chosen:
- Supporter ticket: access to the ENAC and ISAE-Supaéro campuses, as well as to the
entertainment village on the ENAC campus - Sports ticket: participation in competitions following the chosen sport(s) + access to
the entertainment village on the ENAC campus - Semi-inclusive ticket: sports ticket services + banquet on Thursday March 14, 2024
evening + meal on Friday (03/15/2024) morning, noon and evening + Saturday
(03/16/2024) morning, noon and evening + Sunday meal (March 17, 2024) morning
and noon
-All-inclusive ticket: semi-inclusive ticket services + accommodation (Thursday
March 14, 2024 to Saturday March 16, 2024)
This ticket office also allows the purchase of meal tickets and tickets for two parties.
Article 3: Documents
All EAG participants undertake to provide valid identification. Participants taking
part in the sports competition must provide a medical certificate dated less than 3 years
ago to make their registration valid. In the event that any of these documents are missing
or invalid, the EAG reserves the right to cancel the ticket of the participant concerned.
Article 4: Data protection
The EAGs undertake to preserve the confidentiality of the personal data provided
by the buyer when purchasing the ticket. EAGs do not process or store user payment
information such as credit cards. The buyer has the right to access, modify and delete
information concerning him. He can make a request at any time to the following address:

Article 5: Online payment
All payments for e-tickets are processed through the HelloAsso platform. By
purchasing an electronic ticket, you accept HelloAsso’s Terms of Use as well as their
Privacy Policy. EAG cannot be held responsible for any problems or errors that users may
encounter during the payment process.
Article 6: Change of ticket owner
The change of ticket owner is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the event,
subject to the prior agreement of the EAG and upon presentation of document(s) attesting
to the participant’s inability to be present at the event. If he wishes to transfer his ticket
to another owner, the ticket holder must send a request to gtc@european-aerostudent-
games.com to request the exchange, specifying the reasons for the change of ticket owner,
the changes of sport and diet. The person purchasing the ticket must be a member of a
school in the PEGASUS group, and undertakes to accept these general terms ans
conditions of sale, as well as the internal regulations of the event and the SSV
charter.
Article 7: Deposits
A security deposit will be requested through wannapay.fr for the purchase
of an all-inclusive ticket. The bank imprint will be kept encrypted by our service provider
Stripe. The EAG association does not have access to decrypted banking data. In the event
of damage noted during, or after the departure of participants in the rooms, common areas
of the hotels or in the event of penetration into areas with unauthorized access to the
public of the hotels, the European Aerostudent Games association may collect all or part
of the deposit to cover the costs of restoration. If this amount is insufficient, the owner of
the all-inclusive ticket undertakes to pay the remainder of the repair costs for the damage
caused. Banking imprints will be deleted from Stripe on March 29, 2024 if no damage is
noted in all the accommodations offered to participants, and on May 17, 2024 if damage
is noted in any of the accommodations. For any questions relating to the guarantee system

Article 8: Damage
In the event of damage caused by one or more participants, this damage will be
fully billed to the person(s) responsible. In the event of refusal to pay this invoice by the
participants concerned, the EAG reserves the right to present the facts to the
administrations of the schools concerned or, in the absence of a response, to refer the
matter to the competent courts.
Article 9: Internal rules
The participant undertakes to respect the internal regulations of the event, as well
as the internal regulations of all the establishments to which he visits as part of the event,
and in particular those of ENAC, ISAE- Supaéro and CREPS. Any violation of the internal
regulations may result in the immediate exclusion of the offending participant from the
event (sporting competitions, infrastructure provided, access to the village, access to
evening events), as well as from accommodation and transport solutions made available
by the EAG.
Article 10: SSV charter
The participant undertakes to respect the VSS charter (Sexist and sexual violence).
Any non-compliance with this charter may result in the immediate exclusion of the
offending participant from the event (sporting competitions, infrastructure provided,
access to the village, access to evening events), as well as from accommodation solutions
made available by the EAG.
Article 11: Parties
The EAG reserves the right to prohibit access to the first evening and/or the second
evening if the participant does not respect the internal regulations or demonstrates
inappropriate behavior. If applicable, the participant will not be reimbursed for the price
of the evenings to which he or she has been prohibited from accessing.
Article 12: Image rights
By registering for the EAG, participants consent to image rights. They can revoke
this right to the European Aerostudent Games by sending a written complaint
electronically to the following address: gtc@european-aerostudent-games.com
Article 13: Modifications of the event
EAG reserves the right to change the date, location or any other aspect of the event.
The EAG also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event without prior notice. EAG
will not refund tickets purchased in the event of cancellation or termination of the event
due to force majeure.
Article 14: Refund
In the event of non-use of one or more services sold, the buyer will not be
reimbursed. In particular, any food and evening access tickets sold and not used are not
refundable.
Article 15: Limit of liability
The EAG cannot be held responsible for any damage, theft or loss linked to
participation in the event. Furthermore, the EAG cannot be held responsible in the event
of non-compliance with French law by one of the participants, as well as in the event of
an accident.
ENAC and ISAE-Supaéro decline all responsibility in the event of accidents, damage,
theft or loss linked to participation in the event.
Article 16: Fraud prevention
The only website allowing you to purchase tickets for the EAG is the HelloAsso
ticketing service provided by the EAG. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the
connection used is secure and that the domain name is valid. EAGs cannot be held
responsible for damages resulting from the purchase of electronic tickets from
unauthorized resellers or sources. In the event of an attempt to use false meal tickets (ie
tickets not sold via the HelloAsso ticket office created by the EAG or sold at the EAG village
refreshment bar during the event), the EAG reserves the right to immediately exclude the
event fraudster.
Article 17: Applicable law
The applicable law in the event of a dispute is French law.
